Perusing the infographic, it is data-rich and gives an idea about what retailers should expect from shoppers this holiday season. For example: 72% of smart phone owners will use their phone to browse, shop, or buy. 68% will webroom and 49% will showroom. 28% expect to shop less at bricks and mortar malls this year.
